Kuala Lumpur, Sunday, 29th September 2019 – Fast growing consumer electronics retail brand TBC Elektrik Sdn Bhd officially opened its latest retail store in Bandar Puteri Puchong in a grand ceremony today.
See arriving on the red carpet were various VIP’s celebrities and brand partners. Among the celebrity guests at the event were recording artistes Ayu Damit, Rehana Yunus, Mrs Classic Universe 2019 Ametta Malhotra and Miss Supermodel Universe 2019 Thalia Thin among others. Also gracing the event were TBC‘s loyal customers, members of the media and invited guests.
In conjunction with the official grand opening, TBC Elektrik Sdn Bhd also announced its invollment with the upcoming Silver Jubilee Charity Gala Night 2019, a charity initiative by popular local Chinese artistes Desmond Liew and Jimmy Liew, in aid of Persatuan Kebajikan Wen Hua Kuala Lumpur & Selangor and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Warga Tua Anning. This was revealed by TBC’s founder and managing director Rico Lee n his welcoming speech. The gala night will be held at the HXC Grand Ballroom, Level 6. ICC Pudu. Kuala Lumpur on 11th October 2019.
Making the event more enjoyable was the vocaI performances by both Desmond Liew and Jimmy Liew.
A special product runway show featuring the finalists of Super Model Universe Malaysia 2019 was also held during the grand opening, which saw the models walking the runway with selected consumer electronic products from the store. These featured products were sold off during the opening, with 20% of the proceeds from their sales to be presented to both the above charity associations during the the Silver Jubilee Charity Gala Night 2019.
TBC was one (1) of the key sponsors to the Super Model Universe Malaysia 2019 competition, and is expected to be supporting even more events in the future.
The event also saw the presentation of gifts to the wards of Puchong based charity home Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih, and also Persatuan Kebajikan Wen Hua Kuala Lumpur & Selangor and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Warga Tua Anning.
The VIPS and celebrities were then invited to officiate the opening in the ribbon cutting ceremony, which was followed by a traditional lion dance performance.
