KUALA LUMPUR, 5 September 2016 – Sepang International Circuit (SIC) today officially launched the Shell Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix 2016 (Malaysia MotoGP), to be held at Sepang from 28 to 30 October 2016. The race, which is Round 17 of the 18-leg 2016 MotoGP World Championship, is also the 26th edition of the Malaysia MotoGP. The launch at Nu Sentral was officiated by YBhg Dato’ Mirza Mohammad Taiyab, Director General of Tourism Malaysia, accompanied by YBhg Dato’ Razlan Razali, Chief Executive Officer of SIC and Shairan Huzani Husain, Shell Malaysia’s Local Senior Downstream Representative.
