Celcom Axiata Berhad, the first and foremost mobile telecommunications provider in the country, has announced today that it has entered into an agreement with SK Planet, the leading e-Commerce player in Korea. Together, they have formed a joint venture company called Celcom Planet; for the purposes of collaborating to explore, seek and pursue e-Commerce business opportunities in Malaysia. This collaboration enables Celcom to further participate in the digital industry and build long-term capabilities in the digital space.
