Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur proudly presents ‘Jelajah Selera’ this Ramadan with an extensive celebratory menu featuring themed buffet at its all-day dining outlet, Makan Kitchen.
Jelajah means to explore and Selera, a desire to eat. Inspired by Malaysia’s unique cultural tapestry and culinary heritage, this year’s national theme invites guests to embark on a gastronomic journey featuring the time-honoured recipes of Malaysian signature dishes. Malaysia stands out as the centre of diversity in Asia, Jelajah Selera Bersama Hilton is a testament to that.

Makan Kitchen, a popular outlet of the hotel, will feature a variety of its signature dishes and more than 10 bazaar style action stalls that promises a holistic dining experience, a feast for the senses. The focus is definitely on locally sourced ingredients, premium quality meat and seafood as well as authentic taste that’s highly satisfying to the palate. Diners will be entertained by nightly live band performances while dinner commences.

The buffet menus are also kept on a daily rotation to give diners a fresh experience every time. The Bazzar Ramadan 2.0 buffet at Makan Kitchen begins on 3 April – 3 May 2022, from 6:30pm – 10:00pm. It is priced at RM188 nett per adult and RM98 nett per child (aged 5 – 11). Patrons can enjoy 25% OFF for early bird bookings made before 26th March 2022
