The fragrance was officially launched by Guest of Honour Yang Berhormat Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri Aziz, Minister of Tourism and Culture, Malaysia together with Ning Baizura at Tourism Malaysia’s cocktail event at Swiss Watch Gallery’s Art of Time exhibition at Pavilion KL.
Ning’s fragrance launch was apt in celebrating the art and craftsmanship of Ning’s strong and dynamic vocals with the exacting precision of a luxury timepiece. NING is based on the celebrity’s persona which is bold yet sophisticated and elegant yet powerful.
For Ning, a fragrance is an essential accessory to take one through a hectic lifestyle and one which bodes a timeless sweet elegance. “I love singing and the thrill of performing for my fans. The creation of this scent exudes the creative passion, joy and femininity I feel empowered with as a woman, mother, and artiste”,says Ning.
The fragrance opens with the sweetly exotic and iconic burst of lively top notes of African orange flower and mandarin. Heart notes evoke a musical composition of a breathtaking aura of honeysuckle, plum and jasmine. Base notes is multi accented with the timeless yet mesmerizing vanilla, amber and sandalwood. NING is available in 100ml EDP and retails at RM159. In conjunction with the launch, a special edition scarf will be available with each purchase.
