During the Ramadan month, guests can indulge in Impiana KLCC Hotel’s signature dishes, made with Malay Recipes and spices, which bring out the originality of Malaysian food. One of the highlights is Roti Pak Johan coated with a secret sauce made especially by Chef Mazlee for this occasion. Other specialties like the Sup Gear Box made with special and quality herbs, whole Marinated Roasted Lamb, Chicken Wings and Roasted Ox Tongue, Chicken Shawarma with pita bread, Cheesy Pisang Goreng and others are also available. Besides, guests will be entertained with a special Traditional Live Performance by Seni Melodi Band throughout the month.
