This handsome ride offers 471cc, eight-valve liquid-cooled, DOHC parallel twin-cylinder layout, designed to revolutionize the riding experience for enthusiasts of all levels in both concrete jungle and flat dirt trails.

This revered twin-cylinder engine boasts an impressive peak power of 37kW at 8,500rpm and delivers a robust 45Nm torque at 6,500rpm. Nestled within a sleek and aerodynamically designed adventure frame, this bike offers a modern crossover style, offering simplicity, agility, and undeniable presence on any terrain.
Weighing a remarkable 3kg lighter than its predecessor, the NX500 enhances maneuverability with its lighter wheels. Coupled with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), riders can relish in the joy of seamless maneuvering across diverse riding conditions. The advanced HSTC system meticulously regulates fuel injection based on rear wheel slip ratio data from front and rear wheel speed sensors to ensure optimal traction even on slippery surfaces, providing riders with unparalleled confidence and peace of mind.
Equipped with dual-disc front brakes and an Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), the NX500 guarantees precise braking performance and enhanced vehicle control. Continuing its commitment to innovation, the NX500 features a SHOWA (Hitachi Astemo Ltd.) SFF-BP inverted front fork with a Φ41-mm inner pipe. This sophisticated suspension system, with a damping mechanism and spring on the right fork and a spring on the left fork, minimizes sliding resistance and optimizes vehicle weight for superior handling and comfort.
Further enhancing rider comfort and control is the addition of assist and slipper® clutch designed to reduce clutch lever operation loads and mitigate rear wheel hopping during rapid engine braking. This cutting-edge technology not only reduces fatigue during stop-and-go traffic and long-distance touring but also ensures a smoother and more enjoyable riding experience overall.
Completing the NX500’s impressive array of features are its newly designed LED head and tail lights with Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), providing instant communication of braking intentions to trailing vehicles. Additionally, the inclusion of Honda RoadSync as a standard feature enables seamless integration with smartphones, allowing riders to access essential functions such as calling and navigation via Bluetooth®.
