Kuala Lumpur, 29 February 2024 – It’s that time of the year again and buffet dining enthusiasts yearning to indulge in a feast of traditional Malay cuisine are in for a treat with the Sajian Bintang buffet dinner at Spices restaurant, Furama Bukit Bintang. The buffet, served in conjunction with the Ramadan month, will feature timeless much-loved traditional Malay dishes alongside Western, Chinese and Indian ones.
From 16 March 2024 until 3 April 2024 (6.30pm-10pm daily), diners have the option to savour Executive Sous Chef Mohd Azrul Bin Idrais’ Sajian Bintang culinary creations while enjoying a live band performance. Seating options include the option to dine with a view of the poolside.
With different hearty and flavourful dishes featured each day, there’s a reason to dine more than once to savour the various items in each menu including Ayam Masak Merah Diraja, Ikan Bawal Masak Lemak Cili Api, Gulai Daging Kawah, Ikan Bawal Assam Pedas and Udang Berlado.
Besides traditional Malay cuisine, Indian, Chinese and Western items are also available as part of the buffet spread. The selection includes Roasted Lamb with Black Pepper Sauce, Grilled Chicken with Creamy Mango Sauce, Grilled Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce, Lamb Varuval, Kam Heong Chicken and Salted Egg Prawns.
An assortment of local desserts completes the dining experience. Treats include traditional Malay kuih and an array of cakes and pudding.
Sajian Bintang is priced at RM 128 nett per adult, RM 68 nett per child (aged 5-12 years) and RM 98 nett per senior citizen (aged 65 years and above). An Early Bird price of RM 100 Nett Per Adult is available until 3 March 2024.
