The atmosphere was explosive with more than 100,000 spectators flocking to the Sepang International Circuit over two days, and was by far the biggest, most exciting, successful and activity-packed Malaysian Super GT race weekend. The sight of more than 1,300 high-powered motorcycles on the main straight of the Sepang International Circuit; over 11,000 fans who partied to the electrifying Dash Berlin World Tour rave party on Saturday night (15 June); a full-blown motor show displaying a wide collection of classics and street customs to the latest production models and super cars; an non-stop stage performance  and a recreation of a Japan Town successfully attracted race fans, their family and more importantly non-motoring enthusiasts who flocked to the circuit for a fun-filled weekend. GT 300 Class Winners at Podium_1

Calsonic IMPUL GT-R’s Tsugio Matsuda and Joao Paulo Lima De Oliveira drove to a text book finish to clinch victory from pole position in the GT 500 class, in what played out to be a closely-fought race in round 3 of the AUTOBACS Super GT Series at the Sepang International Circuit.

De Oliveira who drove the final stint in the 54-lap two-hour race, finished four seconds ahead of the Denso Kobelco SC430 team and eight seconds in front of the Raybrig HSV-010 car which saw the top three places going to Nissan, Toyota and Honda. Read more →

Red Bull BC One Cypher 2013 - Kuala Lumpur BBoy Khenobu and Judges

The hunt for Malaysia’s best B-Boy to represent the country at the world prestige one-on-one B-Boy competition took place over the weekend at the Red Bull BC One Cypher Malaysia, created by Red Bull Blue & Silver from Europe.  

Over 150 b-boys came to Chin Woo Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, ready to show the judges what they have to offer to be chosen as “The One”. As the judges decide on the best top 16 b-boy, the final 16 had a balanced share of old and new faces, with at least 5 b-boys that were also in last year’s final, including 2012 champion B-boy Juicy.  Read more →

Amateur fighters of the Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts (MIMMA) gave the sold-out crowd a taste of adrenaline, excitement and occasionally nail-biting moments at the Grand Finals held at Stadium Negara. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fans were entertained with an unforgettable night with impressive fights and astonishing techniques from the fighters. Also gracing the event is Youth and Sports Minister, YB Khairy Jamaluddin. At the event, Khairy said, “It was both a pleasure and privilege for Jason Lo and me to initiate the setting up of MIMMA with the aim to develop tenacity and strength of character among our young unleased potential in the MMA sport.” Read more →

Tune Talk sekali lagi mencipta sejarah dengan menganjurkan Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts – MIMMA yang merupakan salah satu program realiti show berbentuk pertandingan seni bela diri pertempuran campuran (Mix Martial Art – MMA). Pertanding akhir yang telah berlangsung di Stadium Negara , Kuala Lumpur ini menjadi saksi barisan pejuang anak tempatan dari seluruh negara mencari peluang untuk menjadi juara buat kali pertama Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts – MIMMA buat julung-julung kalinya di dalam 7 kategori berat badan yang dipertandingankan. Perjalanan yang bermula dengan kehadiran lebih 400 orang pejuang seni bela diri MMA ini pada peringkat awal dan disenarai pendek kepada 112 pejuang untuk ke peringkat seterusnya dan akhirnya 14 pseserta akhir bertarung buat kali pertama di pentas akhir yang bertempat di Stadium Negara.
