SEPANG, 23 October 2015 – The 2015 Shell Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix – the 25th edition of the Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix, fever hits the Sepang Circuit this weekend. Excitement both on and off the track can be experienced from 23 to 25 October 2015.
Despite all the Main Grandstand, Marc Marquez Tribune (Main Grandstand – Diamond), VR46 Tribune (K1 Grandstand), and the K1 and F Grandstand being sold out, fans can still experience the excitement by purchasing Hillstand (C2) tickets. Public Pitlane Walk
Public will have the opportunity to see their favourite riders up close as they prepare for the race this weekend. The Public Pitlane Walk provides an exclusive view of the teams’ garages and the technical side of the race up close. The Pitlane Walk takes place today (23 October), from 4.45pm to 5.20pm. Non-ticket holders were able to join the Pitlane Walk, as entrance is free.
Autograph Session with MotoGP Riders
Fan can also look forward to the race weekend with its special autograph session with MotoGP riders. The session will take place this morning, (23 October) from 11.30am to 12.30pm at the circuit’s Welcome Centre.
Malaysian Motorcross Series
Cannot get enough thrills on the stands, check out the Malaysian Motorcross Series, an extreme motorcycle racing championship, on 24 and 25 October 2015 at SIC’s Motorcross Track.
Mega MotoGP Carnival
SIC is also showcasing Malaysia’s biggest two-wheel motorsports carnival with over 108 booths, and track entertainment for both motorsports fans and their families. The booths will be opened to the public from 23 till 25 October 2015, 9.00am to 7.00pm. Major brands and companies participating in the Mega Moto Carnival 2015 include Shell, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Ducati, Naza, Yamaha, Drive M7, BMW Motorrad, KTM, Motul, Repsol, Go Pro, Tissot, Pos Malaysia, Watson, Proto Malaysia and Tourism Malaysia.
