Sepang International Circuit (SIC) today signed a memorandum of understanding with Menteri Besar Incorporated (MB Inc), also known as Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kedah Darul Aman (PMBKed), to provide comprehensive consultancy to develop, construct and manage the new Kedah Circuit. SIC was represented by CEO Dato’ Razlan Razali while MB Inc was represented by Dato’ Azimi Daim, the Acting CEO of MB Inc.
