Dani Maia was born and raised in the small town of Formiga, Minas Gerais, Brazil. She began modeling at the age of 14 after entering a ‘model search’ competition, when a renowned agency signed the young beauty to their label. After completing high school, Dani moved to the fashion capital of São Paulo to pursue her modeling career further. Soon after, she was met with the opportunity to travel and work as an international model.
